Creating with Scraps

Pulling out the Gelli Plate means the start of a background binge, with the outcome being inked fingers and a pile of butcher paper beauties.  So what can you do with all those papers?  This card was created with the scraps.  The background shapes were made with the custom stencil that is part of the Distress Stain Kit by Tim Holtz.
